As some of you may know, I have something bordering on an unhealthy obsession with NPR. Yes, they lean on the “liberal” side of things; yes, they make every listener feel guilty about having money, an education, use of all limbs, and not living in a war-torn country…but still…it’s NPR! They can do no wrong! And to make everything even better, they also have a pretty kick-ass taste taste in good music. I’ve just discovered that they have streaming and downloadable concerts from local places like the 9:30club, the Birchmere, etc. from great great bands like Neko Case, Clap Your Hands, the Shins, the genius that is Colin Meloy, etc.
