-Legal Methods: Read/Brief 15 cases and start drafting paper. Should be done by Tuesday. Meeting Professor on Friday. This will take up the majority of the day.
-Civ Pro: Mainly catch-up work, but unfortunately a hell of a lot of it. Rules 6,7,8,12,26 and the 30s. Review new material of Summary Judgment.
-Torts: Review Elements of Intentional Infliction Practice Essays.
-Exercise: Find time for a run
Sunday:
-Contracts: Start practice essay questions. Review revocation and promissory estoppel. Lots of essay drilling.
-Property: Real Estate, Marketable Title, Implied Warranties, and Remedies. Review Marital Interests and Leaseholds. Start working on drilling and on practice essays. Review Rules/Elements re: Implied Warranty of Habitability.
-Long run in the morning
