Short of my having to go to iTunes UK, does anyone know how to get more of Kill the Young? These guys are damn amazing. I can’t begin to say how impressed I am. This song is such a rich blend of punk, alternative, and pop. Reminiscent of 1980s underground rock, but also so…youthful and refreshing.

Edit: This is a bit absurd. The only research I found on Kill the Young was a french wiki article. While I appreciate the opportunity to practice my French, I’m a bit at loss as to why there’s no info on these guys on the web. Though according to the Wiki site, of the 50,000 albums these guys sold back in 2005 (for their first album) half of them were in France. Apparently these guys are all brothers, and they have two albums out. The self titled release from 2005 and a more recent one from the autumn of 2007. I’ve managed to get a hold of the 2007 album, Proud Sponsors of Boredom and it’s pretty solid. Though I gotta say that I’m really confused as to why all the sites I’ve been able to find so far are all in French. Aren’t they English?
In any case, if you’re able to get your hands on any of the albums, I recommend you to do so and give them a listen. They’re fun, fresh, irreverent, and I really want to listen to more of what they have to say.
