The autumn music mix holds a sacred place in my heart. It’s the music that fits in perfectly with cold and blushed cheeks; golden orange leaves; sweaters, scarves, and wool coats; early but poignant sunsets and their chilly morning counterparts; apple ciders, cinnamon/milk steamed milk, and those oft-polarizing pumpkin lattes; and, of course, quiet nights and autumn crushes. So, in lieu of studying, I started putting together some of my favorite autumn songs.

hmm. i don’t have a lot of seasonal music – i mean, music that i associate more with one season than another. although i tend to get a little more nostalgic in the fall, which for some reason leads to more Beatles.
I think fall is the best season for pairing music. I don’t think there’s any one artist/band for me this time of year; just a certain sound. I’m always looking for something mellow, singer-songwriter-ish that sounds great whether sitting on the couch at home one night or walking through the city.
